CO-BROKER POLICY:
Legacy Properties welcomes broker participation, buyer’s agents, and their clients. In order to split commissions with another broker and to ensure that all parties are on the same page, we require the following guidelines be met:
- If the buyer makes the initial contact to our office, disclosure of their representation and who their buyer’s agent is, must be made at the start of the conversation. If the agent makes the initial contact, disclosure of their client’s name must be made. This is true for both referrals and full broker participation.
- The buyer’s agent must be present with their client during all showings.
- The buyer’s agent must be active in all contract negotiations, due diligence inspections, and see all things through from the buyer’s side to the closing table.
All broker’s fees and splits are at the sole discretion of Legacy Properties. We work hard; if you do too, I’m sure we will have no problems working together.
