WILDLIFE/HUNTING:
The natural vegetation and landscape of the ranch creates a prime whitetail deer habitat. Feral hog and turkey will also be found here. Jack County is known is for it great hunting and continues to attract serious hunters year after year.

Any owned minerals will be reserved at closing by the seller. No oil production or gas production is on the ranch.
